German Technical support engineer – location Boxtel (NL) and Bucharest (RO)

For our dynamic, multilingual service desk we are looking for an experienced customer focused professional to provide technical support on software, hardware and electronic consumer products.
Induction training and extensive product training comes with the job.

Job summary:
As a member of our multilingual service desk, you will assist customers with installation- and other product related issues.
Your fine analytical and technical skills enable you to quickly identify and fix the customers’ issue.
With your expertise, helpful attitude and excellent communication skills you will provide outstanding customer support and assistance.

Required knowledge and computer skills:
To be successful in this job, you need to have:
- good troubleshooting/analytical skills
- educational background in computing and/or proven technical skills
- networking knowledge (networking protocols)
- good knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux, Mac)
- good typing skills

Communication/behavioral skills:
- good written and verbal communication skills in German and English
- excellent customer service skills
- able to work independently
- proactive attitude
- able to multitask

Employment details:
- Working hours Monday to Friday between 09.00 – 18.00 hrs. CET
- Preferably available to work fulltime
